With so much land, we can offer suitable investors an opportunity to run their business ventures on the Malino Highlands property, alongside the Malino Highlands Resort. While we provide the land, your team provides the actual business and staff but of course, we are always open to partnerships and reciprocal business ventures.

The resort currently manages  31 hotel rooms  however we believe Malino Highlands can support further accommodation options, spa, restaurants, and health and wellness enterprises. Your teams would be responsible for all planning, permits and construction however our management team is on-site for additional advice or consultancy, subject to the contract.

We have a dedicated team of animal carers and landscape workers on-site if your business would include the use of their services.  We ask your team to manage permits, transport and vet care.

Malino Highlands Resort will soon be adding new attractions to its experience including stargazing telescope experiences, a freshwater  aquarium, greenhouse for flowers, fruits and vegetables, and a Japanese restaurant. We would welcome investors to join us in these attractions and any new resort developments.
